Packing details: Normally it will be packed in one OPP bag. Then packed in carton box. If you need colour case, the MOQ is 500 pieces. But if accept white case which will be sticked sticker, MOQ is 30 pieces. Case can be with string handle or plastic handle we can also customize for you.

1.How long is your delivery time?

A:If you need less than 100 pcs please order it from our online shop.(Ebay & Aliexpress),We have product in factory stock. If your quantity is more than 100 pcs,normally the delivery time is around 5-15 days,it depends on your quantity.


2.How do you ship the product out ?Can I get a discount price when I order as mixed wholesale?

A:We will ship the product via Express(5-15 days),EMS(7-15 days) China Post(10-60 days)

When your mixed wholesales quantity is more than 10 pcs (any inflatable float unicorn,flamingo,pizza,donuts,pineapple etc),we will give you a discount price .


3. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?Can you refund the sample cost when bulk order?
A: Yes, we can offer the sample ,we need charge the sample fee ,below USD 50.We will refund you

the sample cost when your bulk order amount more than USD 5000.

4.How does the product come packed?

A:Normally it will be packed in one OPP bag,then packed in carton box,if you need color box,the MOQ is 1000 pcs.


5.How to repair it when the product with a hole?

A:Please double check the repair steps from above details.


6: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.


7:Can you print my logo on the product ?

A:Yes,we can print your logo on the product base on your original AI or PDF file.


8:What's your repair kit included?

A:Normally,we send repair fabric only,as you know it's not allowed to send glue by air.
If you choose shipping by sea,we will send the glue together .

9:What's your return policy?
A: If you received the goods with hole or tear,please provide the photo with hole for reference,then we will send new one with next order or refund you.  If you receive the goods with good status, but damaged during using, you need repair it by yourself .
